All information regarding importing student and user data can now be found at our targetconnect API Hub
You do not require an account for our API Hub, however it will ask you for a password:

We have moved all of our student and user data import information to targetconnect API Hub for the following reasons:
- To keep all of our available APIs documented in one place
- To allow for a more interactive guide experience
- To provide multiple examples of import methods across a variety of programming languages
- To better assist developers and IT teams by sharing information in a modern and clean fashion
